Not the point. It's a free hit on the QB. Since he's not lined up at QB, you get to drill him the same as an actual football player.Anybody else think Gabbert catches pass in this formation against Texans.
Going back in slow motion, that ball was underthrown, giving the defenders much better access 2 on 1 to come up with the ball.Hopkins should have made a better play on the ball. He didn't even try after calling for it. Ball was perfect.
Does McNair walk up to OB after every game and slap him the ass and say great game?

He was face down on the field after that play. He looked injured but I couldn't tell where.I think he may have gotten injured.
People expect absolute greatness from Deshaun.
When he's not performing up to Hall of Fame status...
The claws will come out. I'm not surprised though.
High step coming off an ACL, and an ankle roll last week?Good to see Watson connect with Hopkins.
I want to see Watson commit to run a half second sooner and high step - He should not be ankle tackled every fn run.
We need a smart second half

Seeing the INT again, I think it was even less complicated. Neither Watson or the HB sold the fake, the LB doubling our outside receiver quit on the play. I'm convinced that the play was "max protect, chuck it to Hopkins". And let's be real, "throw it high to Hopkins" has been the only successful pass play in O'Brien's tenure.
Yes - for a few feet not 50 yardsHigh step coming off an ACL, and an ankle roll last week?
O'Brien says "too many penalties on offense" as if he's not entirely responsible for that and as if he hasn't been heralded and fellated for five ******* years as some sort of game prep game management discipline intelligence attitude guru.
I've said it a million times, Kareem doesn't get half the credit he deserves.
If you are tackled in high step with a still not 100% ACL (even without that issue), your knees are very high risk for injury.Yes - for a few feet not 50 yards
Fuller gets such huge separation.
Its awesome.
Who’s concentrating on a bad play now?I like Kareem but he almost got his soul stiff armed out of his body in the first half. Stay low!

Why would you step right into a massive blitz?

Mike Singletary knew players as well as anybody.I don't think OB has a higher NFL IQ than Vrabel. Vrabel definitely knows players better.
I would say Rick Smith. Gaine has not been on the job long enough. He should not be expected to adequately address the problem in one season.Does OB, Gaine, Rick Smith, Bob McNair, or someone else get the blame for that?
What's the score again?Mike Singletary knew players as well as anybody.
He didn't have a successful head coaching career.
