** Official Game-Day Thread ** Texans at Broncos, Monday Oct 24, 2016!!

Turnovers can't throw the ball can they??
Or call an Offense??

No, but turnover differential usually decides a game and we aren't forcing any.. we can talk talk about QB play later, because that had nothing to do with my post. This defense has been horrible at turning the ball over this season which is a complete 180 from what they showed in the preseason.

someone knock some sense into obriens head. his playcalling stinks. we're still in this game
I've had it with this same passive offensive approach. We've taken a few shots deep but couldn't make those big plays to Will Fuller. Our tight ends have been open on some plays but we're not finding them.

Gary Kubiak's boring and bland west coast offense is looking like a juggernaut compared to O'Brien's offense. Yeah, we're only down 14-6 at halftime but this game seems like a loss to me already. Plus the Broncos receive to start the second half.

It doesn't help that Lamar Miller is banged up and limping around on the side lines. He's our best offensive player and Team MVP up to this point in the season.

We need to make some big plays in the second half to pull off this road upset. Preferably force some turnovers on defense. I don't see it happening but I'll be pleasantly surprised if we can have some luck. Our offense is just too quiet. It's been like that most of the season.

BO stunk that half, but he wasn't as bad with his decisions as he usually is. The playcalling stinks every week unless we are playing weaklings. BO still has a shot at panning out if OB doesn't tie his hands behind his back every week. OB is more afraid of looking like an idiot than he is of losing.

both coaches appeared to start the game about the same... feeling each other out, throwing out the jabs.

Then Kubiak started throwing haymakers & uppercuts, landing a few.

something tells me we're going to give up more than 17 points

If the only road games we win this season are against the Colts, Titans and Jaguars that may be good enough to clinch the AFC South. If we can go 6-0 in the division and own all the tiebreakers. I think 8-8 will be plenty to take it. We would host an AFC wild-card game like last year. Hopefully we're not spanked 30-0 by some team like the Chiefs.

Simmer down folks. Brock will only play this bad when it matters. When we're down 3 scores in the 4th he'll start padding his stats so posters her are naive enough to argue for him.

Hey Ervin... juuuuuuuust a little early on the fair catch call.

I guess his quickness is all in his arms

Fun fact.... you could buy 288 $250,000 houses for what we paid for Brock ... that's disgusting
Would you rather have paid Ryan Fitzpatrick big money or worse, keep Brian Hoyer? What were our options? Sure, hindsight is 20-20 and we could have drafted Dak Prescott in the second or third round (Cowboys stole him in the fourth). But who knew he'd be this good in the pros?

Conservative defenses don't force turnovers.

We should have let Savage start and drafted a qb... saved 72 million and invested it into offensive line
