** Official Game-Day Thread ** Texans at Broncos, Monday Oct 24, 2016!!

That was pathetic. Predictable. Coach needs to craft more innovative 3rd and long plays. Quick throws against the Denver are key
I actually thought it was a good play call against that blitz-man. Blue has to release better. Would have been a big gain.

A screen to Blue. Really? Not to Ervin or anyone w some speed but Alfred freaking Blue?

What clown is calling these plays?!?

Not sure that was a screen, not many Texans in the area. I think that was just Blue getting to the flats and Oz getting rid of it too early.

The oline takes another hit

Sailing takes me away to where I've always heard it could be
Just a dream and the wind to carry me
And soon I will be free…

Newton is done as a Texan. That looked like a shredded knee. Too bad wish you the best big guy.

Put Miller in or run a RB and FB on opposite sides for an alternative option. I still am not sure why Blue is still here. He hasn't done anything to earn his keep from what I have seen.

I swear it feels like we never run DHop on routes that favor him and pretend like Osweiler is accurate or quick enough to hit those back shoulder fades, throws outside the hash, and 50/50 balls when he isn't.

Newton didn't contact practice all week coming back (worried about that)......and developed an ankle injury in addition to a knee injury he was still dealing with. I was concerned about the combination of injuries especially with his previous patellar tendon rupture surgery.........puts him at risk for re-injury to repair and also quad tendon........and the way he fell also his posterior collateral ligament with or without dislocation.

Calls going our way early...wonder if that reverses late in the game.
