Serious question, what are you guys expecting from keenum?

Dude has already shown that's he's far ahead of what the expectations for his situation would be.

For real, can we give the guy a chance to learn?

Bitching about the QB you have now is futile. You either have Keenum, Schaub, or Yates. Take your pick. Keenum is your best option and he is a undrafted rookie and will make mistakes. At least he is not throwing Schaub specials. Maybe your one of that like to ***** for the sake of bitching. In that case carry on with your pity party. There will be no miracles to save this season. This is a bad football team right now. FYI.

First TD was a play where we had man coverage in the redzone, raiders ran a pick play and we just got beat on scheme. Not really a particular players fault, except maybe Harris could have read it, but wasn't what he was being asked to do.

Keenum backed up in endzone, hit while he threw, INT.

Second touchdown was a post to Streeter, McCain just got beat badly.

Agree. We can't expect him to play like a veteran starter.

Most of the criticism here (aside from a few totally anti-Keenum posters) is stuff he legitimately needs to work on. He's a quarterback. Criticism is a part of the job unless you are Aaron Rodgers or
Drew Brees.

Young players make mistakes. Especially young qb's, that are undrafted and yada, yada, yada....y'all know the circumstances he's playing under.

I think everyone is giving him a chance, outside I think of two people. I can only speak for me, and I am just posting things he needs to work on. Helps me remember later on. Dude deserves this job.
 
It was Graham that allowed Keenum almost to be sacked........he should have chipped his man before going out........as it turned out........the D had an unobstructed path to Keenum............and Graham still benefited from the reception by Keenum's athleticism.

I think most of Keenum's negative plays have been from not recognizing the blitz. That's more lack of experience (lack of coaching?) than anything.

So much straw man. As a fan I reserve the right to criticize and evaluate as I like. You are rambling and ranting about stuff that has nothing to do with what I've posted. You act like I want Schaub out there.

I get that you want to defend Keenum but the rabid "he can do nothing wrong" attitude is frankly dumb as ****.
 
think how epic the QB battle between Keenum and top pick would be. team is the one who wins at the end.
 
I will criticize whatever the **** I want to criticize. If I see a problem with Keenum, I'm not going to not point it out because he's a rookie. If anything, it should be pointed out more. I couldn't care less about what the Case Keenum Cultists have to say about it.
