I think the Texans are in the market for "winners." Guys who have the "it" factor. Personally, I'd hate the pick but McNair has got to have major wood for Tim Tebow's character. He's like the youngest old-school guy.

Quick question if a team trades up, do they get a new 10 minutes clock or do they have to pick within the 10 minute allocated period of the original team?
