The Houston Texans have signed free agent TE Neal Philpot (Jaguars) to a one-year, $235,000 contract.

Jan. 6: Signed WR Kendrick Starling to a futures contract and allocated him to NFL Europe.

Jan. 5: Signed DE Quinn Dorsey to a futures contract.

Jan. 3: Signed DE Jason Davis, TE Aaron Halterman and DE Elliott Harris to futures contracts and allocated all three to NFL Europe.

Besides Ragone has anyone the team sent to NFL europe done anything or actually make the team?

Yeah, he was on special teams. I really liked the kid in last years pre season. He is a burner.

If that is the same Starling, he was a stud.. I wasn't sure why he was released.. I would have rather seen him on the field than Bradford.. And I have a Bradford jersey....
