The Cards message board is littered with threads about who should start, Warner or McCown,,who has the better stats, who is this,,who is that,,,

What I can't get anyone to realize is that going back to last season, Josh is 7-8 as a starter, and accomplished that with all the "random acts of quarterback choosing" by Coach Green.

Heck, I would be satified with and 8-8 record. Gives us some stability and reason for optimism going into the following year.

Anyway, don't get to down, the Texans have some talent, they just need something to get everyone on the same page. The wins will come.

Maybe take a cruise or something.....

Has McCown ever been given a fair shot at the QB spot? I have only seen a few Cards games, so I can't say I've tracked it. Regardless, he'll throw for 400 against us, too.
 
No, he has never been given a fair shot at it. He had us one game from .500 when he was benched last year. Then this year, Warner comes in and is the starter.

I have said all along to give the guy a full season and see what happens.

We have our eye on the overall number one pick now. Casserly can trade it for several "tweener" three year projects. :rolleyes:
 
I appreciate you stopping by. It will be a tossup between us in the cardinals if we can get our team on the same page. If not yall would do to us the same as every other team has. I see yall beating us but im not sure what the margin will be. I guess we will have to wait and see.
 
Green has always been like that. He's never been settled on a qb for some reason. Even in Minn. he flipped qb's like flapjacks.

I just knew for sure they would draft mcpherson last draft for a project but ni cigar.
 
Don't know about the Cards.
I'm looking forward to Alex Smith in Frisco against us. ..Smith vs Carr .. that should be a good barometer in checking QB talent.
After all, we made Losman look like a world beater.
 
The Problem it appears to me will be one of match-ups. We don't have a corner who can match up physically with Boldin especially since he loves beating up on CB's. As much as I like Faggins He will not be able to cover Fitzgerald or Bolidin. And that piece of driftwood wearing #31 would never go up and fight for the ball against Fitzgerald.The only advantage we have is The Cards are somewhat easy to run on, so DD might have a good game. I think if Green insists on playing Warner, we win. If he comes to his senses and plays MCCown, we are more likely to lose as our defense couldn't find a QB if the other team's O-Line drew maps in the dirt. I am worried about Okeafor and Berry snapping Carr's spine. :goodnight
