my way too early mock

Hall of Fame
round 1 - Vic Beasley. A pass rushing beast, His explosion and instincts are off the charts and he is just strong enough to contain the edge. I like him much more than Clowney and think he will be a beast on this team

round 2 - Aaron Colvin. Mark it down, Colvin will be the best cover corner is this draft class. He should slid due to his injury and the affect it has had on this season, but he will be an amazing talent in the nfl.

round 3 - David Yankey. A g/t combo player. I think he will do good at rt and will help keep Case up right. the oline depth seems deep in this draft which is good for us.

round 4 - Aaron Murray. dont know if he will last this long, but he is tough, mobile and shows great accuracy at times. bring him in to back up keenum.

round 5 - Andrew Jackson. a thumper ilb to play run downs next to cushing, he will really shore up the run defense in the middle.

round 6 - James Wilder Jr. A one cut and go kind of guy, no wasted movement. Physical but elusive enough. A great complimentary back.

round 7 - someone who can return kicks damn it

replace bullock with udfa or preferably a veteran. would like to add a veteran safety too, maybe byrd or bethea. a playmaker who already proved themselves in the nfl, but not too old yet.

Just my thinking but

1. If I had to go OLB in first it would be the bigger, better Barr who is a top 5 and still ridiculously raw. This selecting DE to convert to OLB has not been very successful in my opinion. The only one that seemed to impact the offense's game plan was a current Buffalo Bill.

2. An NFL WRs will eat Colvin's lunch & use his jersey for napkin. I was interested early season but he jumps routes and like an early KJ, double moves allows WR to get past him. IMO, this is not year to go QB first two round and probably not the third. Texas made him look goofy. .

3. Yankey most like does not have lateral slide for RT and I agree with Rob Rang he is an guard in NFL. He was moved to LG this year to let soph Peat play LT.

i dont like barr or clowney at all. both are overrated and frankly just not that good

colvin is lock down, he is battling injuries and playing too confident, but prior to this season he never played grab ass with the wideouts, he was just a pure cover corner. if anything i think he lacks in the run defense

yankey was a solid lt but they have a young stud there now and needed help inside. it shows his versatility not his lack of ability....

I would be OK with playing Yankey at LG and Quessenberry at RT. You could defintely run the ball behind Brown and Yankey on the left side.
