Whoa I don't think an SS will get the most tackles because the 3-4 system is made for the MLB to get the most tackles so I think it'll be Wong. And I think DD will get past 1400 yds for sure and maybe even 1500!
 
if earl makes the most tackles our defense will probably be horrible this year. greenwood or wong will have the most tackles. and also DD with only 8 TD's, i can't see him getting less than he did last year(13) unless he gets hurt again.
 
I would look for Glen Earl to get 50 tackles and 3 int's That would epitomize a good year for him.

I like David Carr, but for him to get pro-bowl status he would have to beat Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Roethlisberger. I pick those three because the pro-bowl selection is not about the best players it is about the most popular players.
 
ok if earl makes that many tackles than our Line is gonna be horrible, BUT i see Davis in the 1400 yrd category this season !
 
without Foreman or Sharper the texans have no one and i mean no one on the roster right now with full time starting experience in a 3-4 scheme.............shameful and it will kill this team eventually

Do you realize that Sharper & Foreman never played the 34 ILB spots until they got to Houston? They picked the defense up, why can't Greenwood & Wong (who's played in the 34 for 3 years) do the same?

haha yeah ur right, well wong already has experience, and i dont think it will be to big of a transition for greenwood. Our D wont be much worse IF any next season !

Barring a number of key injuries, our defense will be much better than last year- partly because of the new additions but mostly because of the experience that key young talent received last year. Just look at the development of Robinson last season. He was pulled from the starting lineup early in the season... by the end of the season, he was our best player on defense.
