My Keys To Beating The Baltimore Ravens

This game will challenge our Houston Texans to come out after a rather tough loss, and fight both mentally and physically. The Ravens will have their fans behind them Sunday, and anxious for a win.

I think our Texans must do the following to try and pull this one out Sunday...

-Moderate offensive passing plays. Have David Carr throw to Andre Johnson alot, but also spread the ball out some

-Make big defensive stops, primarily on 3rd down situations.

-Play disciplined football. Try to limit our turnovers, as well as penalties. This will prevent negative yeardage situations.

I'm cheering us on hard, and I know most of you will too! I will not surrunder, neither will the team for a number one draft pick. We have great players on this team to win, just need to make scattered adjustments.

Go Texans!:texflag:

Keys to beating Baltimore---ummmmmmm, ummmm, ummmmmmm,
Seem to have lost all keys. Guess we will be 1-11.
Anyone see my Carr keys, seem to have lost them also!

I'd like to see us run an NFL offense, even if Carr gets sacked 5 times. A few deep pass plays and running for more than 3.1 yards per carry. Maybe 4 ypc is a makeable goal. I don't want to see 0 sacks and short outs on every pass play.

I'd also like to see us run an NFL 3-4 defense and blitz various combinations of linebackers frequently in all 4 quarters. One or two safety blitzes may be too much to ask for.

I'd also like to see some time for the players who never get to play. Their hunger to show what they have might make us better. I don't buy into the concept that benching starters on a 1-10 teams hurts our chances of winning very much.

How about someone call the Ravens front office and tell them the game has been rescheduled for later Sunday night. No show, forfeit, we win.

I would say reschedule for Monday but then they would know it was a joke.
