2-0 in bowl games, including a Pac 10 sweep of BYU over Oregon State and Utah over California.

This is why the BCS is ridiculous.

If they added a team like Boise State....there would be no reason to put them in the top three tier of conferences.

I bet a coworker that the MWC would have a better bowl record than the SEC this year. Sound retarded?

The MWC has a better bowl record in three of the last four seasons.

When does the BCS finish their evaluation of conferences for BCS eligibility? IIRC they will pick any new conferences (if at all) in 2011. The MWC definitely deserves an automatic bid IMO. They are as good as the ACC.

I believe the MWC will be getting an auto bid beginning in the 2012 season. They have filled all the requirements. I don't know if that means the Big East has to give up their bid or not.
