I just said its a known issue that he takes plays off.....

And anyways Bush didn't dominate against the best D he saw that year (good game....didn't dominate).....so the whole domination over a college sport means nothing....thats why Ryan Leaf is coaching high school and Jason White is...god knows where.

Anyways I'm not saying Williams is the better pick over Bush....i have mixed feelings...in other words i can convince myself on both of them in about 2 minutes of thinking. But i do believe that the player who can help this team the most as we stand with our current players....is Mario hands down.

Quality - this thread is gonna go through the roof till 11:15 tomorrow.

I find it suspicious personally. First you heard that all negotiations were with Bush and his posse for a certain amount and time frame with a guaranteed amount given and that in the Mario camp they haven't had any negotiations with the Texans....

Now it's flipped? Eh, we'll see what happens tomorrow.

I think McNair did what he wanted to do... he wanted to create enough confusion that teams would possibly bite to trade up.

I can't imagine leaking the shocking news this early and let the rest of the NFL adjust accordingly. Granted, there probably is contingency planning, but still, this all seems a little too pre-meditated.

Worst case scenario is that Reggie called our bluff, and is a holdout, we could still draft him, just might really cost us. There are so many different ways this could be spun/played. It would actually be fascinating to be a fly on the wall in the room to see how the startegy was thought out to orchestrate all this.
