David Carr, Houston: Carr appears to have turned the corner in his development into a productive pro quarterback. Texans offensive coordinator Chris Palmer will focus his attack on the defensive backfield via the cannon arm of Carr, who should produce a solid stat line in what could become a shootout at the RCA Dome.
