Huff wouldn't be a bad pick by trading down that far but I don't think that anyone would want to trade to the #1 from that range unless the raiders really decide they want Young bad other than that I don't see us moving down far enough.

I think Huff is a great player.I think we should try and get him.He hits like a truck and he reads the ball well.I am just worried about our Defense.

I concur...Huff is a special player that can play anywhere in the secondary...He is fast, has great coverage skills, and is a great hitter...I'd gladly pass over Bush and Williams for Huff in a trade down since he fills a huge need for us...Huff has the potential to be one of, if not the, best FS in the league...

So if by some miracle we did get Huff, where would he play? At UT he was mostly a SS, I think I would like him in a position to make plays, but Interceptions where not a strongpoint, the entire UT secondary had 10.

As a side note, no one is going to trade up to #1 to take Vince Young. No one else values him that highly and would take him at #1 much less give up the huge package it will require to get up to the #1 pick, Leinart and Bush are the only two players any team would trade up to #1 to get.

The mayor should bring in the UT football team and line them up outside of Reliant Stadium and have everyone in this organization from the top on down oublically kiss the butts of each and every player as penance. Let Vince wear his pajamas, he won't need a suit today. Moreover, I'm going to create a Draft Longhorns petition and I want each of you to sign it, k? Let me know.
