I heard Mark on 610 talking about Earl Campbell being at a local Shipley's tomorrow morning for autographs.

I located the store:

Shipley Do-Nuts

They confirmed that he will be there from 7:00-9:00 a.m. when I called them. (You might want to double-check, just in case.)

I wish I could make it! But I figured that I'd give all my fellow Texans fans a heads up in case they wanted to show Earl some love.

Oh man!! It would have to be 9,000 miles away from me. What's wrong with the Shipley's right around the corner?
 
I had a great time time today. Earl signed a lot of things for me. We were standing in line and a man took my chair and told my mom to follow him. He brought me right up to Earl. When I left Earl the man was talking to me and I told him about my foundation. The man that took my chair was Mr. Shipley and Shipley's Donuts is now a sponsor for my foundation. They want to help with everything. It was a great day. The donuts were the best.:thisbig:

That's awesome Gary. Glad to hear that Earl AND Mr. Shipley were so nice. Always knew Earl was a class act but that is cool to hear about Mr. Shipley. Take care bro.
