We have had Smith and now McKenzie on the Multimedia, but not Mueller so far. Smith is not at a loss for words and McKenize is not nearly as articulate. McKenize is a quiet confident soft sopken person. Smith rubbed me the wrong way as they say and I have no idea of what Mueller is like as of now. So far if I had to choose some one it would be McKenize, but I'm not happy with anyone so far.
Hate to say it folks none of these guys are Casserly and I mean that in the best of ways. His knowledge of the league, players and coaches is something acquired over many, many years. Casserly is arrogant, but he is articulate. His biggest asset though is he listens and gets who his coaches want. He has input, says what he believes, but he simply generally does not over rule his coaching staff and that is important. What a lot of you think were Casserly faults were events beyond his control. That is water over the dam and its time unfortunately to move on.
The new GM will find it harder than before and will actually have little power. In fact McNair has stated he's looking for a talent evaluator more than a GM. That should give you a clue of what I'm talking about.
