Mayock's Top Position-by-Position Prospects

Mayock's position-by-position prospects list is up, can someone explain to me what some of these comments mean? For example, Eben Britton, according to Mayock "needs more sand in pants". Anyways, here is the link:

Apparently he likes to have sand in his pants, Mayock thinks he could add more. I bet if Britton buys the next size bigger pants, he could fit more sand in there. Kiper thinks this is a character flaw and has some scouts concerned. Generally, most of the elite tackles choose not to fill their pants with sand. Take Joe Thomas for example, he made a point during team interviews to discuss how much he dislikes filling his pants with sand. This really impressed most of the teams and Cleveland chose him #3 overall.
