I now see what he meant by alert and disliking posts. For some reason, I saw rep points and was thinking some obtrusive alerts.That's what I thought. I didn't even know you get alerts that someone "unliked" a post. Maybe the people who unlike my posts are on my ignore list.

I mean the rationale some of these guys use is beyond silly. I mean if someone didn’t get hired b/c they failed at their last job, 3/4 of all of the pro leagues wouldn’t have HC’s....or players for that matter.
