Let me get this right, we have till the 15 to pick up Carr,s option or he is a Free Agent? Im not sure, but i read this somewhere on the forum.
If this is the case, the Texans dont really have alot of time to even plan for picking Vince Young unless VY declares early. My thoughts are that VY wants to play in Houston and i think if Houston shows no interest, he will stay in school. With this being said; The Texans would need alot more time to trade Carr so they basically have no choice other then picking up his option?
