Y'all still obsessed with Gary Kubiak I see.
In the last twelve years, only two teams have won the AFCSouth. The Texans are one of those two teams. I say that to illustrate that it's not easy to build a team that will win 11 games a season. Even Jeff Fisher struggled with that & he had been at it longer than Kubiak.
Why all the personal attacks on someone that doesn't agree with your perception of things Kubiak? I haven't heard anyone say that he didn't make mistakes. Most first time head coaches do. Lombardi and Landry aren't normal in that regard. Some just don't think that Kubiak should have been fired after that disastrous season. So what? Let them think that. What does itmatter now? Can't you just agree to disagree and move on? Like Texecutioner, you really seem hung up on the fact that someone may like Kubiak. You don't. Does that automatically make you right and them wrong?
wtf man, it's gone... let it die

Nothing I said was meant personally, it could be that you just didn't like what I had to say, so you went the don't get personal route to take away the substance of the post. Good job at diversion.
I don't ask you to agree with me, what I do ask is you to prove the facts I laid out wrong. BTW, after 8 yrs I would hardly call Kubiak a 1st time HC.
Anytime anybody says anything negative about the Kubiak era they are obsessed? Gotcha, I've actually had many good things to say about Kubiak. Things like I think he did a great job in 2012 and what a fine man he is. He just couldn't get the job done in Houston and it was time to move on.
This isn't so much about Kubiak as it is about love of all things Kubiak. He's gone and if Scooter wants to be a Kubiak fan good for him. He should spend more time on the Broncos MB and less time on TT.
Yes Speedy is.
What the hell is that supposed to mean?
And anytime someone says anything positive about the Kubiak era, you and Tex fall all over each other rushing in with indignation to scream what a lousy coach he is/was.
Love of all things Kubiak? You really stretch it out there so you can look a little better in your eyes? I don't know of anyone that hasn't said Kubiak had his flaws. It was time for him to go, most admit that. But when you and Tex keep going on with how everything was screwed up under K and someone points out the fallacies and inaccuracys of your statement then they are a lover of all things Kubiak.
Maybe it's you and Tex should go to the Broncos board so you can continue your bashing with someone that gives a ****
Ed Reed is still butthurt that he got fired for being a shitty player with a shitty personality that made him a locker room cancer.
It's a shame that a grown man has to point fingers at everyone else to excuse away his personal failures.
Ed Reed clowned on the Texans coaching staff that season while everything was going on, because he hadn't ever been a part of such a train wreck ...
Ed Reed was significant part of why that team became such a train wreck with his behavior. His word carries no weight with me. He was a helluva football player, but like many football players, his expertise does not extend to his mouth.
If he wanted to be honest, he would have ridiculed those Texans coaches for bringing in an old, washed up, hipless, mouthy malcontent. Then he would have had a solid point.

Ed Reed played Bob McNair like a fiddle.
Per @AdamSchefter and I....#Broncos have agreed to terms with T Ryan Harris.
Saw that.Ryan Clady tore his ACL today...
Kubiak wants Peyton practicing under center
In the latest sign that new Broncos coach Gary Kubiak will make significant changes to the offense, quarterback Peyton Manning has been spending his time under center at Organized Team Activities.
Kubiak said he knows Manning can run an offense in the shotgun, but he wants Manning to get work under center, and that’s the priority right now.
“That’s kind of the plan. We’re going to do that initially,” Kubiak said. “We know the other end of the stick (shotgun) is fine; that’s something that he’s been doing forever. So we’re going to spend a lot of time under center initially in our process and how we’re going to go about our teaching. We have a nine-day installation period that we have, so he’s going to be underfor a good three days before we move back, but he’s been very responsive, and he’s working extremely hard.”
Manning said he’s fine with making changes in Kubiak’s offense.
“Whatever they ask me to do, I feel like I can do it,” Manning said.
During his first three years in Denver, Manning was given free rein to run the show on the Broncos’ offense. But he won’t be given quite the same free rein this year. The Broncos are still Manning’s team. But even more, the Broncos are Kubiak’s team.
Manning on Kubiak offense: “If I said I liked it or didn’t like it, it would be mean that I thought my opinion mattered, which it doesn’t."
yea, I have been having to see a therapist ever since I got that "Huge egg" plated all over my face. I mean how can I go on knowing you disagree with me. Oh the shame of it all. Why can't I be more like you? Why, oh why?!
I would go on, but I think everyone that followed me pretty much covered all the nonsense you have been posting.
As long as you keep posting nonsense, Myself and others will be here to set the record straight.
Yea, and in hopes of covering that up, he shot off his mouth to relieve himself of his dirty deed. He knew he was injured, and he knew he was just looking for another payday. If It was all the coaching, and bad management as Reed suggested. Why then did he fail when he signed with the Jets after clearing wavers? Because he was washed up the year before, which is why Ozzie Newsome did not even try to resign the guy. Texans (McNair) screwed the pooch on this one. Perfect example of why owners should not get involved in personnel decisions.
Revisionist much? The Texans were considered Superbowl Favorites by pretty much everyone but you and Patriots fans for several years in a row. I know it hurts to admit that because that would mean you are full of Texecutioner, but there you have it.
He try's to play it off as if it is us who are obsessed with Kubiak, but it's clear who suffers from the obsession. "Rabid Dog" is a perfect description.

Yep, this is going to work out well. Oil and Water.
Peyton Manning tries to let people know he's not the coach or GM but people don't believe him, anyway.
"Yikes" what?
Lol! Kubiak has no business telling Manning what to do out there. Manning has forgotten more than Kubiak ever learned.
Rabid dog!?? Lol!
I hadn't seen this thread in a while, and I'm still surprised that this fight for a HC that humiliated this franchise is still going with you guys. I keep asking why you guys are still here, knowing you want OB to fail. Kubiak isn't here anymore. Your dreams of him proving his doubters wrong died miserably.
Coach Gary Kubiak would like to have one clear-cut No. 1 running back, rather than take a running back by committee approach
Patrick Smyth@psmyth12
Coach Kubiak today said he plans to have Dir. of Analytics Mitch Tanney on headset to help evaluate game situations.
Yes, but Manning would be spent at year's end again and useless in a playoff run. To be honest if our D was carrying us like their D is, we'd be 5-0 also. I think Manning will get better at the Kubiak system as they progress and use it when needed. In spite of Kubiak. If he'd get out of Manning's way, the Broncos would be 10-0 right noiw.

Peyton's going to have the firepower of a 25 cent water pistol come December when it's freezing and the wind's howling and he's accumulated even more shots. He'll be lucky to feel his arms from the elbow down and Kubiak will be lucky if that D looks like the early '00's Bucs or Ravens, because no matter what gyrations his QB is out there doing it'll be their only chance.
Tend to agree although Peyton is throwing a ton less and he hits the ground diving harder than anyone hits him.
But a benefit to sitting Manning 1 day a week in practice is Osweiler is getting 1st team reps every week.
Sorry steel, I'm too drunk not to do it lol. I actually did take yalls advice and signed up for a Broncos forum. I've got 2 whole posts over there, but I check in from time to time out of 80proof curiosity. In reading one of their threads I dug back here looking for a reference of Wade, and this post caught my eye. I'm going to enjoy this one, because you cant seem to let any of my posts slide.
BOB got his quarterback, 2 of them. Belichick's errand boy coaching Tom Brady's towel boys. 9-7 using Kubiak's team and leaning on his work the first year (with massive turnover luck) isn't anything, especially when Keenum beats the best team on the schedule (don't make me dig up Keenum/Kubiak ridicule). 2-5 with near record breaking blowouts as the 'multiple system' takes shape as our scheme, that's something. Of course it could be worse ... Manning's so deep into his wheelchair that he's playing worse than Hoyer and Wade has the #1 defense. Had we fired Smith instead of Kubiak we'd have a young quarterback and be the undefeated team instead of Denver. You've always been right about Smith and McNair, but you keep supporting their laying of blame - turning their anchor into Kubiak's noose. A bit of a contradiction, no?
And to avoid bumping another post, Gibbs was here all of 2 years.
I wasn't a Keenum Fanboy but think he got a raw deal when Kubiak was here. Kubiak's system didn't fit what Keenum did well.
Running backwards under pressure doesn't fit any system but what do you mean?
I wonder how Uncle Bob is feeling watching his former coach getting ready to host the AFCCG while his team was embarrassed in the first round? Really quiet from all the Kubiak haters who said he would never get another job in the NFL, or that his offense is too predictable. I'm sure it is just an oversight. They will be right along to make every excuse under the sun.
I don't know about anybody else, but in my opinion Kube's team won in spite of Kubes. I don't want him back, if that's what you are inferring.
Of course they did. lol

Does that help?
