Players were traded, yes, but for the most part, you could like player and feel assured that you could get a jersey as a long term investment.
These days it seems like a high risk game of roulette.
Texans have had Watt, Hopkins, Johnson, I'm OK wearing a Carr jersey, and hell I'll wear Shaub when I'm grilling messy ribs

With the price of jerseys anymore though, I'm very reserved on who to buy.
This post was inspired by the clearance section of the Texans Shop filled with 3/4 Watson memorabilia and my Cushing jersey which I still hang onto, but....
