Does anyone know what kind of speed he has?? what kind of experience he has running the ball??

He's got Mike Anderson's size.... I'm wondering.......

Let's say you have a 2 WR set, 1 TEs, 2 backs..... Before the snap, Reggie runs out to the slot, Jameel backs up a couple of steps...... What do you do on D??

I think this is a much better scenario than putting Reggie and DD in the backfield. With RB & DD, I'd gamble, that one of the two will come eventually end up on the LOS as a reciever. But with a true FB..... I'd be lost..

Cook is a much better receiver out of the FB position than a runner (according to his past statistics) but this could be purely from playing with Alstott, a fantastic short yardage guy. I think this is a great signing, because while Norris is a good blocker, he's a terrible WR and a sub-average short yardage guy. If Cook can provide us with that 1-2 hard yards and an occassional play action block and then run out into the flats for 10 yards catch that good FBs can, it would be fantastic. Remember that debacle during preseason when it was 1st and goal from the 1 and we tried 4 times to get into the endzone using Robaire Smith as the leading fullback? This is most likely why we picked up Cook

Sorry, just looked him up on NFL.com..... in 5 years, he's had 3 carries for 0.3 yards........ dudes a full back, a blocking/recieving full back.

To piggy-back what you are saying, he has experience in the WCO. I think that will give him the upper hand on Norris. In the WCO, FB and TE are very important parts. That's why I believe Putizer is next.

wait 2 minutes..il turn on madden and see what speed he has

Okay, it's been 2 minutes.........

Wait a minute, is this one of those "it only happens in madden" kind of replies??

Well, I'm offended.....

You're saying a Full back can't carry the ball and pick up good yardage?? Even when the Defense is looking at RB in the backfield, who all of a sudden moves out to the slot?? Even in a zone blocking offense??

Well if this is true, then I'm back to wondering why we'd pick up Reggie.

I think Norris is 66 speed...haha, Cook indeed has the upper hand. By the way, Madden is a Reggie Bush homer to. He is 90 overall as a rookie!

RB isnt on the game yet. If you transfer your ncaa class to madden, RB, for me atleast was 81 overall. Had good speed and great catching stats. Johnson had a higher break tackle stat...
