Practice Squad
 I think your Texans will run close to winning our AFC south div. this season and maybe win our div. especially if Manning gets hurt :crying: (against the Denver Broncos he sustained an shoulder bruise) but practiced monday and was reported as being ok. :ok: Good luck and lets begin the season already!

Wow, that's awefully nice of you to say, especially considering most of us disagree. I don't think the Colts are really that worried about it.

Well you got one thing right...if Manning were ever lost for a season the conference would be wide open. I would be more worried about the health of your O-line...

we lost alot when we gave up TE Pollard to the Lions, not only could he catch TD's he definetly could pass block and Peyton needs to watch the blitz's more closely from Pollards side but most of this anxiety is comeing from being (0-4) in preseason..I'm not used to that. Oh by the way the only game I can see this year was your TEXANS at my COLTS ..GO COLTS! and will the season start already. We get to start by playing a sunday night game in front of the whole nation at Baltimore Ravens :hide:

When I watched the Lions the other day, it made me so happy to know Pollard was with them now but then I thought about who else they have in Dallas Clark. Then I thought about how much I hate all the weapons yall have.

he's very good, he reminds me of J. Shokey (Giants), yes we have a very good o-fense..we have to because our defense is awful, Peyton Manning goes out there and has to throw at least 5 TD's just to hope we win the game ..heck at K.C. Chiefs last season he threw 5 TD's and we still lost, that pretty much sums up the "D" problem. If I was the TEXANS coach and I was playing my COLTS I'd run about 75% of the time and the TEXANS would beat us by 40 pts. :goodnight

I would not worry about 0-4 in the preseason. The Oilers would commonly have a strong showing in preseason and look where that got them...

Usually the Defense wins you the division, but the south division is weird. You have three teams that are very defensive minded and one that is build on offense. For the last what ever seasons the Colts won the division with offense. I think this year is going to be different though. We might have two teams at 10-6 and one at 9-7 ( who care about what the Titans do, they will be in the bottom again any way). It will be a close one between the big three now.

I don't know about winning by that much, but, don't worry, he will. :texflag:

I think we have a good chance against the colts. I dont underestimate us. It will just take a great game and a rather poor one from the colts.

he's becoming a household name and I would have to agree , I think if we(COLTS) can stay healthy I would say 11-5, its hard to say right now, but the Div. is between us, the Texans and the Jags..Titans go 4-12 if they're lucky

If you sign Corey Simon and stay relatively healthy I see 11-5 easy for the Colts

If Manning got hurt, it would open up the door for the Titans and the Jaguars, not the Texans..

Yeah.........enjoy the first pick Derek. I guess Matt Leinart will reunite with his old OC huh?

I don't think Leinhart has enough of a police blotter for the Titans to select him. Maybe if he trashes a nightclub or roughes up his girlfriend he'd be considered by the Tennessee braintrust.

It's a little early...but never too early to bash the Titans. :)

Maybe Marcus Vick, Maurice Clarret, and Jamal Lewis can be the corner stones of the offense. Or if they get lucky sign the Colorada coach for special teams. To go from Super bowl contenders to the county lockup for football is just pathetic. Thank you for leavinfg Titans!!!
:texflag:

With Corey Simon the Colts, just made that D much tougher. Now aside from having speedy Feeney torch our LTs, they got Simon to continuously drop Mckinney.

Well Indys hard to beat at home but we sweep the Titans and the kittycats again. We may fight for wild card but I think next year is our year.

As a completely objective third party... I think the Titans are going to surprise you guys this year. I don't think 2004 was any sign of what that team really is. You never know, I might be way off... but I think they're going to have the most improved record from '04 to '05. They might not be in the playoff mix, but I wouldn't look at the schedule and chalk up Ws everytime you see Tennessee on there...

And Im not saying they are. I just think the orginization is turning in to the little bro of the Raiders. Its like they dont care what you do as long as you can ball, and teams like that dont win. The garbage their players pull wouldnt work in NE or Indy or the other elite teams.

That's true... they've had a rough offseason, and PacMan looks like a nightmare... a third grade mentality...

I guess how the team responds this year, win or lose, will tell us in the end what will happen. I just hate to see it, because I always have had a lot of respect for the Titans and the hard-nosed brand of football they played over the past few years (2004 being the notable exception).

With McNair coming back, supposedly as healthy as ever, I still wouldn't count them out or want to see them on New England's schedule... especially twice!

its official the COLTS just signed DT Corey Simon from Philly, now I feel better! GO COLTS! Freeny, Mathis, and now former probowler SIMON! FEAR the COLTS!
