There are sooo many good FA OL out there. The packers and 49ers both release guys we could use. Also, why did we resign Eric Brown and Junior Ioane? I dont think these guys are worth keeping. And why Polk? We cant win with a gagillion decent players. We need youth and more potential. Peek needs to start, and Aaron Glenn needs to be replaced. DD isnt getting the job done on the ground. He might as well be a WR. Andre needs some back up, i dont see Jabar complimenting him. and will someone please sign a veteran QB for us. Carr needs some leadership and someone to push him. Glenn Earl needs someone to compete with for the starting spot. im done whining. go easy on me. :)
 
But i would like to see some younger guys come in, put starling or sloan thomas in there for a little. i dont like spears ioane deloach. i think hollings needs to step it up. We have a solid team, but we need the guys on the field to be pushed by guys wanting off the bench. Marcus coleman makes sooo much money and no one can touch him. We needed to keep guys like Vontez Duff. I just want to see the Front Office stir things up a little. i do not want or see a need to go nuts in FA. some how casserly can see right thru the draft and pick ROTY in the 6th round. He needs to do that more.

Nothing says Starling and Thomas won't get good shots this year. Armstrong sat out his 1st year learning the system and then came in to contribute. That is what happens when developing undrafted and 2nd day draft picks. Hollings does need to step it up--the 1st step is staying healthy because until he does he can't push DD anywhere. Coleman is not a high priced player under his new contract. Who should they have cut to keep Duff--Faggins? Starling? Thomas? i.e. the other young talent you want developed because that was the decision. The front office stirs things up, you just don't see it much because it is in camp and on the practice field. Putting Wand in at LT last year and moving Pitts was stirring things up. Having Wong practice at ILB was stirring things up. Hollings got good play time in the pre-season and then injured himself. Players have to show they have earned game time rather than just throwing them into the game with the hope of stirring things up.
 
Bashir- promising, prone to injury, could push Earl. get rid of Brown.
Blaylock-if signed-would split time with DD, both awesome.
Buckhalter-injury prone-id take blaylock first.
Carson- useless in our system.
Garza-awesome center, could start right away.
Johnson-small, rather have gaffney.
Jue- not needed but could provide depth. Faggins future #2, dunta #1, simmons jue = NB
McMahon-said to be the best raw talent backup QB. could definitely replace banks, and that useless ragone.(btw Symons should be before ragone.)
Reese- better than Polk, maybe Foreman.
Ross-useless.
Rossum-only good for KR? boo that.
Stewart-steal of FA.

Come to think of it. I want to see the texans follow in the steps of the patriots. lets get guys who can do everything. That leads to depth. which i like. :thumbup
