Humor me and stay within the facts.

Undeafeated MI defeats undefeated OSU (assume the game is decent, not a 40-3 blowout).

Every other team in the nation has 1 loss. Is OSU number 2 based on strength of schedule (and the other BCS factors)?

i think it depends on who the other teams lose to and when they lose. i don't think it would be out of the question, look at OU in 2003 and they didn't even lose to the a top 3 team in the country (which MI would be by the osu game).

Just my thought, but I think Penn State being not as good as last year might kill Ohio State. Ohio State, Mich, and may be Iowa up top. Need a 4th to go against the SEC for a quility win. LSU, Auburn, Ga., Fla., Tenn., Ala. all could be in the mix. If any two get real hot and end with one lose, I think it goes to them. Ohio State needs to win out.

I hope there's 5 teams or more with one loss who all have legitimate claims to be in the championship game. Then maybe the BCS machine will try cranking out some weird number to break the tie and it'll explode into oblivion. As a result, the NCAA has no other option besides having a playoff. And then hell freezes over. Can't wait for Michigan-OSU!
