There was speculation earlier that the Texans were interested in trading up from #33 back into the 1st (Chicago #26).
I read (today)that Cass told Mario that he was the pick sometime yesterday, about the same time I heard the rumour about the #26 pick.
Maybe there is a connection there like putting ourselves in a position for a Maroney, LenDale or (won't still be there) DeAngelo Williams.
I never thought that LenDale was a better back tham RB, but as far a being a complimetary back to DD, he fits the bill.
DD/LenDale are more similar to Mike Anderson/Tatum Bell than DD/RB if Kubiak is interested in a duo like that.
Maybe a Johnathon Joseph in this position? If he's around @ 26, we will have gotten two defensive players who can step in and start on day one.
