Houston Texans will hold silent auction to benefit victims of Sandy Hook shooting

The Houston Texans will hold a silent auction at Reliant Stadium during this Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings, and all proceeds will benefit the victims of the school shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. on Dec. 14. Team owner Bob McNair and the Houston Texans Foundation will match all proceeds, which will be given to the Sandy Hook School Support Fund, which was created by the United Way.
CBS Houston reports that the silent auction will happen in the concourse behind Section 140. It will be open from the time the stadium gates open until the end of halftime.
Items for the auction include an autographed and framed Andre Johnson jersey, an autographed Arian Foster jersey, framed and autographed photos of J.J. Watt, a trip for two to the 2013 NFL Draft, and the opportunity for two people to experience pre-game introductions from the Texans' home tunnel before the team's first playoff game.

I moved this to its ultimate home and left a redirect so it will appear in both forums until the auction.

Class act Texans.
