Houston Texans @ Detroit Lions. 11:30. 11/22. **Official Thanksgiving Day Thread**

Pass D looking rough, I'm guessing the safeties are playing deep because of last week giving of long plays plus JJo is out.

I wish Schaub had a stronger arm. Every deep throw our guy has to slow down or come back for the ball.

If we had just done a play action pass on the first play of our freakin' offensive day, maybe we wouldn't have suffered through a ****ty quarter.

From where he grabbed, he evidently has suffered an adductor muscle tear. As much acute pain that he demonstrated, it will not be a minor 1st degree tear. It is either a 2nd degree tear or 3rd degree complete rupture. I would be surprised if this is not at least a 4+ week recovery. In one study, as high as 40 % of players with this more severe degree of injury have not been able to see the field by the 20th week. We will know more after an MRI.

Thanks, Doc.

For those who wanted to see more of Mercilus, you got your wish.

Fantastic vision and patience. Looked like Detroit had it snuffed out but Foster waited for the door and went through the crack.

That run right there points out exactly what makes Foster so damned good. That's what Urlacher and all others say after games with Houston.
