Houston Area Games - October 6th

Being Canadian and unfamiliar with all the schools (Rice and UofH excluded), can you kind folks tell me if there are any home football games in the Houston area on Saturday, October 6th?

If you're talking about college football, you picked a bad week to visit Houston.

UH will be at Alabama
Rice & Texas Southern (TSU) both have open dates.

Texas A&M will play Okl. St. in College Station (about 100 miles away)

And there's the big game UT vs. Oklahoma up in Dallas.

There's also Baylor vs. Colorado in Waco (185 miles from Houston)

Prairie View A&M has a nice band....but they will be in Alcorn State, Miss.

I was not able to find anything either, and saw most of the majors were either away or off.

thats ok, we'll save all the energy to squish the fish.
