HAHA reggie = Ricky

That's a little harsh. He hasn't even stepped onto the practice field yet.

Yes, but Charlie Casserly was involved in the pick... that gives us most of the information we need. He's batting about .95 on draft picks in his tenure. Like most of his other first day picks, Mario Williams will most likely be a bust. We have years of getting our butt kicked by VY and occasionally Bush to look forward to. It's NFL Season Ticket time.

Ah, then feel free to rebutt my point with facts. The Texans' draft summaries I'm sure will give you plenty of wonderful information about the great picks Charlie Casserly has made that have turned this team into a .... oh wait, a 2-14 team that was competitive in almost no games at all this entire season.

Just because I'm a Texans fan doesn't mean I agree with everything they do. But that's okay you just keep drinking the Kool-Aid.

do you realize .95 is damn near PERFECT??

.95 = .950 batting average. Perfect = 1.000

Actually they were pretty competitive in about 4 of their losses. The defense lost a lead in the 4th in like 3 straight games near the end of the season.

bleh .095.

My point is still valid despite the typo. It's comforting to know that you didn't ACTUALLY have an argument. I was worried there might have been some intelligence in your responses. When you're down to grammar/spelling smack you might as well raise the white flag.

No GM is perfect, and usually you can't tell how a draft class is until 3-4 years later, meaning that we are just now starting to get some of his picks. Every GM takes chances and misses. Gamble, crapshoot, terms that relate to the NFL draft.

Yes, I'm aware of that. But eventually you get frustrated with continuous incompetence. I think if the Texans made this same pick but Casserly wasn't the GM (I thought he should have been fired when Capers was) I wouldn't be quite so upset. It feels like he's on his way out and trying to screw over the Houston fans before he leaves.

If McNair really plans on letting him go, then Casserly's opinion meant very little to the team. Kubiak and McNair made this decision if Casserly is on his way out.

First round picks look good enough. No busts here yet:

Carr
AJ
Drob
Babin
T. Johnson
M. Williams

Only AJ and Drob have been good picks. Carr is borderline bust and Babin and T. Johnson suck.

LOL....could be....just the fact that the Saints took him should be proof enough that he'll be a bust....(sarcasm)

Explain to me how Ricky flopped WHEN HE WAS PLAYING FOR THE SAINTS?..He was a Pro Bowl RB for us...and led us to our first Playoff win...

What a sad attempt at ''redemption''..You guys were all over Bush a few days ago..and now that you passed on him, He's a bust?

get real...
