"The only good news is that Houston isn't still winless and there have been some faint signs of life the last few weeks. David Carr has to take some of the blame, but the offensive line has once again been awful, allowing a mind-boggling 43 sacks. The defense doesn't seem to have a lick of chemistry and may have to be gutted by the next coach. "

FYI

But at least we're losing better...you have to give the Texans an A+ for losing. No team loses better than us or looks as much on the verge of improving while still losing as we do...

Sadly this is the attitude of many fans on this board.

yeah, you're right El Tejano. I just don't know what's wrong with me these days. I need to be optimistically delusional more often. I just don't know why I can't feel like we're winners right now. idonno:

El Tejano.... I get your disappointment, and you've got the right to it. I've taken the humorous side of this "offseason" otherwise I wouldn't be in the best of moods for at least 2 days out of every week.

Don't sweat it, we're all getting through the 2005 season together and each has their own method of making it.

*sigh

I'm just glad that we've got a win and are tied w/ what was a pretty decent team in Green Bay. What would be awesome is to get one more win than them. What are the chances of that happening?
