Can someone tell me what that green sticker on the back of Schaub's helmet means?

the green sticker identifies that helmet as the QBs helmet - the one with the radio on it. There can only be one stickered helmet on the field at a time.

If the starting QB also holds, he's supposed to wear a non-radio equipped helmet - no green sticker or its 15 yds
