He immediately becomes WR2.Something wrong with the dude if he's traded by the WR needy Steelers right after signing a new contract for a CB coming off an achilles and a 6th round pick swap. And then to be traded by that WR needy Panthers team just a few short months later along with a 6th round pick for a 5th next year. And then he refused to go in a game when asked!
