Game Day: Houston at Chicago

Losing the field position game big time.

That'll be bad for Dom. He'll need something to focus on in the press conference when they lose. Maybe the Texans can outrush the Bears and lose. Dom likes to point out when the Texans outrush and lose.

Come on folks... almost 1/2 of the second quarter gone, score 0 to 0 and people are already sounding like they are giving up. Yes, they arent playing thier best, but have a bit of faith.

Faith is worth having if the coaching staff comes out with a plan to try and win a game. In 3 years the Texans have yet to win a game that didn't require a big turnover or miscue by another team.

Whatta ya know... the ol' prevent on a 3rd and long and we give it up. God forbid we try to put any pressure on the awful Hutchinson- let's let him sit around back there and get comfy.

ie can't be one dimensional in this game, we have to be creative or its going to bite us in the ***

No tackling either. I'm glad to see the Texans brought all their major faults in this game that should be a gimmie for them. If not for 2 unforced turnovers the Bears would be up 14-0.

Did you hear the announcer say earlier that the Bears are dominating up front? Now that's bad. Big play nullified by bad play.

Here... The coaching staff sucks and plays conservative! Said 50 times before, said again... nothing going to change this year or next about it. Lets move on... Sorry, but I am quite tired of hearing people complain about stuff we already know... Take it for what it is and lets react to the players on the game.

Our long pass defense is disgusting. It lack some serious planning and show way too much vanilla sit back and cover in it.

I demand to see Andre on a crossing route where he is a couple steps in front of the defender and Carr leads him enough that it isn't intercepted.

The Texans need to get a good QB coach in camp. Carr is too obvious on handoffs. He holds the ball out on a full extension for the running back to grab. There is no deception and the defense can read the play for 3 seconds before the handoff. On play actions he keeps the ball in closer to his body.

this is two bad teams playing in bad weather.

It's just cold. I played football in this weather in Colorado. Bad weather is what I sat through in San Diego when the Chargers played the Broncos 2 weeks ago. Wet, cold, windy, and rainy is much worse than straight cold. It's psychological and the Texans aren't strong yet.

Whose Gaffney, is he new to the Roster?
Funny how he catches everything thrown to him. When he isn't thrown to he doesn't ever seem to catch it.
:whew

It also funny that he's not open too much.....well not that funny.

Since when could the DE flich to draw the T into a false start? Is this a Hochuli rule? He isn't even in Chicago this week and he still has an impact.

Gaffney wasn't even looking at the freaking ball. He has no idea how to get open.

No I can watch Gaffney right here in from of my TV just fine, and twice with a replay.

2 minute warning already?? This game will be over by 2:00. Ok...2:15 if you add the scoreless overtime period. Final score 0-0.

Has there ever been a 0-0 tie? I'm definitely not keeping this game on TIVO.
