Well, teams are only 14 point underdogs when they really ARE probably going to lose by more than that. There are upsets but after a 2-14 season, you're not expecting to be one of them. :)

We're going to go through an easier part of the season now and hopefully, we'll pick up a few more W's.

Coaching at the end of the 1st half was beyond bad. Sending a horrible message to the team by not trying to win. NY was looking beyond us and they got away with one.

i have to say todays game had to be one of the most boring games ive seen in a long time i hate boring football. if im going to be subjected to boring football the least the team could do is win.:twocents:

Bored? Wow. I dont have a lot to say about that coment.

Go watch Arena Football if this game was boreing.

You must be the type of fan that wants to see a 42-41 game. Thats cool, but no way did I think that this game was boring. I love defensive games.

It is much harder to play defense in the NFL than it is to play offense so I love to see the defenses go out there and outplay the golden boys every once in a while.
 
Well im not really sure what to think about today. Im not really upset but more or less frustrated. I think we came out there today and played a hell of a game and almost beat one of the best teams in the NFL. Play calling was one thing I think someone should get smacked in the jibbs for if ya watched the game ya know what i mean sometimes i dont know what goes through the coaches heads maybe their busy thinking about all the money they get paid to make these decisions. Then lose all bearing of the game...what were threatening to score and its 3rd and 25 or something like that ok i got it we will run it and not even get into field goal range...upsetting at the least. The D was awesome today that stand on the 5 yrd line just awesome and yeah we had a hard time stopping tiki today but the guy will be in the hall one day so you do the best against a player like that. I also dont know why you throw to jameel cook in that situation i honestly think that was carrs only bad decision today. All in all i enjoyed watching the game today i thought we showed big time improvement from last week and will beat the jags on the road, but no matter how well we played today the los still stings just like it would if we had been blown out.

on a happy note, our defense got an INT!
 
I am disappointed that we didn't win, but I am excited about what I saw. Especially from our rookies, which is our hope for the future. Even though we were out-scored, I think we still have some momentum to take into the game next week against Jacksonville. We beat them at home, we can beat them there!

The thing I don't understand is why we laid off our pass rush when it was working so good? We had Eli rattled and hearing footsteps and then we sat back and started playing conservative again. :brickwall
