Because the Texans are an expantion team again. We have started 6 rookies this season that's the same number as the epansion season. We are lucky to have a guy like Carr the state of the Texans is not his fault. SERIOUSLY!

I wouldn't be so sure about that. In times like these, the leaders of the team are supposed to lift it and bring them to good times. You know leadership is supposed to help the whole team play better.

Unless you have Dan Marino out there, No QB can win without a run game of some sort. Look at the run stats, Carr is the leading rusher with 15 yards. Carr is the not the problem....the run game is....

This is big time garbage time. Like a preseason game all the backups are in. Including the Dallas D.
 
If Sage was even HALF the QB everyone on here makes him out to be, then he would lead us to at least a TD on this drive. I mean it is "garbage time" so if Carr can pad stats during garbage time then surely Super Sage can.

Maybe Sage isn't as good as everyone believes?

It might very well be, I dont' recall.

Now that might be wrong but just the idea that nothing comes to mind makes me think of all the beatings Capers left him to the very end of. I remember reading how ol' Dom thought David was learning something from that but all I thought at the time was "Why put the miles on your rookie QB so early?" and "What do you learn from looking at the sky while a defender climbs off of you to do his sack dance?"

Oh yeah and the ever popular "What are we paying Tony Banks for anyway?"

There's no point for Carr to be in there when it's less than a minute to play and they're up by 28-34 points.

Exactly! I still wanna know why we didn't try to trade for someone like Brandon Jacobs or Chris Brown. Look at the #'s of both teams in this game and see if Carr is the problem (which he will become if he has to keep throwing to stay in/win the game every week)...
