Game 5 Thread: Texans @ Cowboys

The thing is, it seems a few mistakes in a game for the Texans just snowballs and they build upon those mistakes and keep getting flustered and go through the "here we go again" mode.. and actually appear to give up.

Cowboys, they come out with multiple penatlies, bad starts - but they keep their focus and realize to keep working through the ENTIRE game till the momentum swings their way.

Is anyone on our defense at all p*ssed off about the way the Cowgirls are walking on us right now? They don't act like it.:brickwall

Texans had their chance in the first half when Dallas was playing soo bad....When they blow it, they blow it really good...Now Dallas has confidence, compliments of the Texans...

I'll give the D this. It's harder to stop a team when they have the ball at our 30 instead of having to go 60 or 70 yards.

4th and 2 and they go for it. Texans are not getting any respect and they shouldn't playing like this. It's time like this that we need to step up and not fall backward.

Good point but the signs were there all along. We could not run the ball from the start and we knew it would catch up to us. If you can't convert 3 and 1 running the ball 3 times you can't win.

...If only the Texans acted like they give a crap that they are always losing.

Amen brutha. And don't wanna hear the "we're sick of losing as much as the fans" from the players either. If you're so sick of it, then do something about it instead of talking about it.

We played well for a good portion of the game, when the stupid penalties and bad plays started we gave up.

If it gets hard, the Texans need to play harder. Maybe Houston should try to trade for Roy Williams (or at least someone who plays like him).

I must have been right, because P-Buc didn't look either.

I rarely see Dunta look for it. He's always coming up and making the tackle a second after the catch is (easily) made. His rookie season he covered people, since then he's just the quickest guy we have to bring down the opposing player who just caught a pass in front of him.

For two years now I've just quietly hoped that all the gushing love over Hoke was merited. I generally chalk their shortcomings up to a lack of pressure but that's not always the case. Often they seem to suck even when we're bringing heat.

Obviously you do not understand football?

Good God I hope not. Not if understanding football means throwing it to the other team when a pass is called.

I can't believe you guys are defending a 2 interception game that has resulted in two touchdowns.

Carr has been good all year, but not today.

So two INTs in this game turned into 14 points....an then Shep fumbles to Roy. So what else is on right now?

I cant believe you are trying to pin this entire crap of a football game on a QB who has ZERO help on the field.
