I'm all over going to my go-to guy Kevin Walter. Not sure if I would hook it up for a five yard dump to Daniels. Perhaps he should have gone to the dump to Brunner? Or maybe get the rock to Edell Shepherd. Please. Going into a gunfight with a rubber knife.

Coming into the season, I thought our D was going to be a lot better than this. Now, I don't know if we're going to win more than 2-3 games this year.
 
Defense was horrible today. But can't just put it on them, b/c if the offense could stay on the field a bit longer defense probably wouldn't have been so winded.

I disagree with that..good defenses don't consistantly give up 3rd down plays for 1 st downs.. That gets the offense back on the field. Redskins 9-13 on 3rd down plays.

we aren't good offensively to take over a game and defensively we ...well there are no words to describe it
 
I'm just glad I got to watch this one at home. I don't think I could take a kick to the balls like this in public again.

*note to self. No more getting excited when the Texans score on their first drive*
 
WOW ~~ A lot of you in here act as if you are coming off of a Super Bowl win from last year. Get some perspective and have some faith!! I am a firm believer, as a die hard Broncos fan, that all this negative energy spent against your own team makes it worse. The power of positive thinking can work miracles. Look at the Broncos over the years. I believe a lot of their success as a team is about the fans and support from them. I thought TEXAS was some huge football state. Buck up campers and stop crying in that crap Shiner Bock you all (or is it ya'all) call beer. I bought Sunday Ticket just to watch the Texans. Believe me I bet there are more then a few people on the Broncos team and coaching staff along with fans that wish we still had Kubiak and Dayne. I have faith and hope and see promise for the Texans to get better and better. It would help if some more Texans Fans would get behind me because it is tough work being a FAN when things may not look so good for my team and really hard when negative energy is trying to go against me.

We're not giving up, just can't take anymore. Its been five years of games like today. We're just not enthusiastic anymore. If you are after this, you have to be some sort of masochist... Accuracy? you can't be serious, I don't know how much accuracy you can display on what was basically a Hail Mary pass to the end zone. He threw it up & our garbage 6 ft. something wide reciever couldn't make a play on the ball at all. He did the same thing with AJ twice & AJ couldn't make a play AJ just got bailed out with the PI. At that point, it was just do or die time. I'm all for criticizing DC when he's screwing up, but you can't fault the dude for having faith in his wideouts, the statement you made above was just dumb.

The sad thing is, your a Broncos fan having to come in here and say this. I'm with you, i've been watching & paying for 5 years just like everyone else, & though i may scream at the television set when the actual game is on, once it is off i can relax again. Some fans on this board just don't want to hear that it's going to take yet more time & talent b4 this team can compete.

that was a miserable pass that was under thrown and the DB was sitting waiting for it to come down in his mitts. The carr apologists are incredible.
 
Kinda goes with the Carr haters..

IF that Deep ball would have been a touchdown..all Carr haters would say it is a garbage stat.. since it was an INT it fuels the fire that Carr can't throw the deep ball (he had a nice deep ball earlier in the game) so isn't that INT a "garbage stat" too??

I just don't get it..If Carr throws a short pass and AJ gets some YAC ..carr haters say.. Carr throws short again and AJ made him look good.. Well AJ got to the pro bowl by taking a short pass and getting yards..

I am surpised noone opened a thread about Weigart for costing us a good gain to potentially get us a score ..He killed an early drive before the game got out of hand

Heck Brunnell lived off that all day long against the Texan defense..


Carr isn't perfect, yet he isn't the worst problem on this team at this particular time..
