Game 2 Thread: Texans @ Colts

Yep, I am starting to wonder if Kubiak has made things worse.

This team just looks really bad.

Actually, sounds really bad. I can't see the game, listening on Field Pass.

Not seeing the pain maybe to your benefit.
Already bailing on 'ol Kubiak? Bit early ain't it? :hunter:

Houston 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. I don't care how good you think you're college team is, the Pros are the best of the best college players. Meanwhile only half at most of the Ohio State team will go on to the pros. Even when they do most won't be starters.

I know Houston would, I was asking the man who called us a college team.

Hmmm, a whole quarter left. It felt like the LAST quarter was the 4th....

:crutch:

This is pretty brutal. Looking forward to some explanations from the coaching staff as to all the "positives."

That %@$^*%$# Tarik Glenn holds and blocks in the back on every %&(#@! play!!! He's been beaten a lot today.

I have a better ideal. Why don't the fans come up with a motto for the Texans doing home games. I have one "YA'LL SUCKS! YA'LL SUCKS!" and have the same theme as Kurt Angle on WWE.

1. It's Y'all, not ya'll.

2. "Y'all" would refer to a team as a whole, therefore it'd be "y'all suck", not "sucks".

3. Quite frankly, Kurt Angle is one of the greatest wrestlers in WWE history. I don't mind the Texans being compared to him.

I'm not so sure about that....especially at a big time program....is this the 1st time the Colts are punting?

We play two playoff caliber teams and people are ready to quit. Given, we got dismantled today, but that has a lot to do with Manning having multiple recievers open all day. I've seen, well saw before the game went off, Mario get close to him. He was never able to get close enough though.

I am not bailing...

Just making an honest observation.

Sometimes the truth hurts.

Ah the first punt for the Colts!

There comes a point in time where your team just stops beleiving. I really think we need a new leader on the team, AKA the QB position. Carr is done for here. Not sayin we would have won today with a different one.

:brickwall

I'd like thank Dom Capers and Charley Casserly for drafting a QB #1, and not giving him a coach or the help from get go. I hope the Dolphins lose today and have the season the Texans had last year. Casserly, I hope you never get a job as a GM anywhere ever again.

Trying not to throw Carr under the bus, but this too damn frustrating..

you telling me that ohio state has at least 11 guys playing that would start on an NFL team?

The Colts have a punter on their team? What a boring job for him! Do you think he even has to shower after the game?

Remember the "Hunter the punter" song ?

Carr sucks.

While this isn't all Carr's fault, he is not a leader and that is what this team needs. Kubiak should sit him down and see what Sage can do. He looked in control in the preseason outings he had - full of strength and confidence - not bravado. Capers broke Carr. I hated to see it happen but we have to move on.

This is embarassing. :tvhorror:

I loved that song. He's actually a decent singer. Obviously he had a lot of free time. Just checked, over the last 7 seasons, he is averaging just under 4 punts a game.

AWWWW SHHHEEEEEEEET - First Spencer, now Flanagan.:crying: :brickwall :crying:

I don't mean to kick someone when they are down, but Flanagan has been getting pushed back into the backfield all day. Its not like he was doing much. Spencer however was dominating on the left side.
