I seriously dont get it; do you fools REALLY think putting in Rosenfels will solve our issues? NO. Our issues are protection and Defense.

At this point I'm for it. Seeing what happens when Rosenfels plays is the only thing that will put a stop to this. Play him, watch him fail, and then proceed from there.
