Game 15 Thread: Colts @ Texans

WTG Texans!

RJ's early read:

Empty seats. No buzz. Welcome to Game 15.
Game time is 20 minutes away, and Reliant Stadium is maybe 15 percent filled. What an embarrassment. I don't know if Bob McNair will take the time to look around. I'm guessing if he does he'll blame the weather and some bad luck. This franchise is a mess. In a league designed to give every franchise a chance, the Texans have fallen about as far as a franchise can fall. The Texans are 28th in offense and 25th in defense. Only the Lions, Raiders and Bucs have won fewer games.

Just wanted to point out Justice was wrong.:swing: Oh and it was near capacity according to 610.

John O' ands Matt Jackson aren't eating any crow, that's for sure. Keep Hope Alive !!!

RJ ended up being very wrong about the crowd. Very nice turnout today. Nearly full in fact.

Ronnie running like a pro bowl runningback

I think the running game has been the missing piece of the puzzle. If Domanick Davis had been healthy this year things would have turned out much differently. Domanick probably would have probably saved David Carr's job.

Domanick had a habit of making our run blocking look better than it really was.

Well since I can't seem to be able to create a new thread...I will post this here (hopefully)...
Pictures from todays game have been posted...
Colts-Texans Pics

Hopefully tomorrow I can (or a mod can) create a new thread for this so it doesn't get lost...

Someone may have already pointed this out, but I am not able to read all one million pages in this thread.

I think it's great that we won against the Colts while in my opinion having about two b.s. calls against us.

Justice is an *****. On the Jim Rome show today he said that the Texans blew it by not drafting Vince Young. Now, that's reasonable to say. However, what is ridiculous was his explanation. He said that McNair listened to his football people instead of his business people in order to make the decision. The business people all agreed it would be great marketing. Unfortunately, McNair allowed his head coach to make the call.

Pardon me, Richard, but I'm grateful to have that kind of owner. Of course, I forget the love affair Houston columnists have with Bud Adams!
