Game 14 Thread: Texans @ Patriots

"Lost it in the Lights"....yet ANOTHER gem from our 4th-string announcers at 3pm Eastern in an open-air stadium.

Rich Gannon, former NFL QB said it was a bad pass...looked like another punt/up for grabs junk lob to me.

i agree vinny, Carr's deep passes are more aaron brooks type (high arching).. totally different than I remember him coming into the league

I saw AJ with a few steps on his guy practically unhinging his neck to look up/backwards and find that lob. The ice chips on the ball were kind of a giveaway.

Another Great QB who failed once the defense found out how to get to him. He should understand a QB's problems when sacked so often............

Mario got a Tackle/sack?

Oh my god! There might be some hope in the Texans!

Still, Mario should have been a second round draft pick........

Ive noticed the same thing recently. I wonder if his shoulder injuries are causing him problems?

It's strange since Carr had ALOT of trouble putting air under his throw in years past. People were getting on him for putting too much into it. Just weird how he can't find a happy medium.

The last deep ball I remember Carr throwing to a receiver in stride was the one Bradford dropped last year.

Hey, nice play by Mario.

At least I'm getting to see a couple of Big 12 players that I liked alot coming out of college. Willie Andrews from Baylor and Ellis Hobbs from Iowa State. Andrews had the big block on the return by Hobbs for a TD. Other than that this game is horrible.
