Good read...Thanks for the link :thumbup ...I especially like the part about Faggins...Even though he is improving, I still think the Texans should looks CB in the draft, use him in dime situations, and let him learn under Hoke before he moves on...I think Hoke may end up being a good d-coordinator in the future, so we should capitalize on having him while he's still under contract...

i like his views on things, and most everything he said is true. If they decide Davis is the future back of the texans i expect to see him sign a nice contract about half way through next season.

He may be the guy who replaces Fangio if we crater this year. We have the look of an organization that likes to promote their own.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but if it did, we could definitely do worse...Hoke seems to work with the players very well and you can't argue with the results...Since our inception, our CBs have been, arguably, our best group of players, and there is no doubt in my mind that Hoke deserves some of the credit for that...

Yeah when a rookie comes in and starts right off the bat at CB, and is lined up next to an all pro like Glenn, you would expect him to look pretty bad. He did early on but I believe coaching turned that all around for Dunta.

Great read, thanks for sharing.

Our secondary is shaping up really nicely. IMO, we still have a need for youth at LB and DL, so I think this may be an area (DB) that we can wait on addressing until next year in the draft, although a 4th round gem this year would be nice.

One thing the article really didn't mention was the o-line. I wonder what their take is?

Hoke is a big time coach and if we dont promote him soon he will be leaving to go be the D-Coordinator for another team, likely Arizona to help their secondary.
