I got this special tailgating deal where I get to tailgate in the blue lot, specifically at a tent located on gravel in between the NRG Stadium and the Astrodome.
As mentioned, this is my first time tailgating. My question is I would like to power a television without using a generator. My other option is to use a power inverter to power just an 40" LED television. Which brand and watt (no pun intended) should I buy to power just a LED TV? 800watt too much? I plan on buying a deep cycle battery and use that to power a tv, as well as maybe a fan?
What else do you guys suggest? A tarp to hang from the tent, behind the tv, in case it rains or block out UV rays?
