First-round prospect LB Alec Ogletree charged with DUI

"Last weekend, my client Alec Ogletree was pulled over for speeding and a lane violation in Arizona," agent Pat Dye told PFT. "After the officers smelled alcohol, they conducted tests and also cited him for DUI..."

This is not Ogletree's first off field incident, as he was suspended four games last season after failing a drug test. This only raises more questions the projected first-rounder will have to answer throughout the draft process.

Pre-DWI he was slated around the low 20s, so chances are "high" that he's there when we pick. But chances are low the Texans will draft a guy who exhibits such poor impulse control when his future depends on it, imo. We'll see.
