I don't expect the Texans to remain at 1:1 but if they do , I think they have to go with Clowney (I Know I've been a voice against him but he's the best physical prospect in this draft.
That means QB has to be addressed later , the question is , how much later and who will be available at 2:1 or 3:1. A couple have been flying up the draft boards (Savage) while others are falling like a led balloon (Bridgewater) , at least in the eyes of the media and other talking heads.
The teams needs are pretty well defined , QB , DE , RT , CB , DT & ILB.
With 11 picks , I'd expect some maneuvering up and down to target specific players who may drop or that may not be around when the next pick comes up. I wont put any trades in as that just complicates things too much.

4:1 Antone Exum CB , Virginia Tech. Good size , adequate speed and can play safety / cover TE's in man to man.

5:1 Max Bullough ILB , Michigan St. Just a good physical football player. Smart , plays sideline to sideline. Very under rated.
6:1 Ryan Carrethers DT , Arkansas State. Much needed anchor inside , able to take on double teams , occupies a lot of space.
6:5 (Schaub trade) De'Anthony Thomas RB , Oregon. Change of pace back with game breaking speed. This late , why not swing for the fences , make an Al Davis type pick with the pick from the Raiders ?!

Here's a draft I did on FirstPick.com with a trade which allowed me to get my QB and another player I really like , then shake up day three , picking up a solid OG and ILB that I wasn't able to add in my mock above. That trade kinda threw me for a loop because I wasn't familiar with some of the later safeties and corners beyond those in the 3rd - 4th rounds which is why I didn't add a safety.
