Not surprised about Texans uniforms being #23 as they are nothing special. Clean, sharp, but no history that makes people around the globe fall in love with them...yet.

Now, Panthers alternate uniforms winning NFL.com's fan vote for greatest uniforms of all time is surprising and makes me wonder if Florida was involved in the ballot counting.

Rankings? This is someone's opinion.

In my opinion, the Cowboys and Chiefs have the best uniforms and the Titans have the absolute worst.

In a poll a few weeks ago on nfl.com, the Carolina Panthers were voted as having the best uniforms in the NFL.

It all depends who is compiling the "rankings."
