This is the smart move IMHO.Quite literally exactly what I wanted.
I wanted to trade back and acquire more picks in the top 100.

No way we take Burden. Lots of off field issues there. He is going to fall. IMO. From what I’ve heard it’s bad.The OG's in this class are very good. I'm hoping for Conerly but give me Ratledge/ Higgins or Burden. Tough call.
He’s having a full blown meltdown over literally nothing. It’s a smart move. One o-linemen was never going to fix things so getting more picks in a deep draft was always the best move. Why at in the hell are you even talking about. That’s going to be my only comment as it’s really not worth a response. Go cry in your soup or whine or whatever blows up your blouse.
I was hoping he would have fell to the Texans lolThe rich get richer….Campbell to the Eagles.
My blouse is more than you can handleWhy at in the hell are you even talking about. That’s going to be my only comment as it’s really not worth a response. Go cry in your soup or whine or whatever blows up your blouse.
As I've previously posted, it's a bargaining chip/"threat" since a player has to accept it whether they like it or not..........unless they hold out, which has significant financial implications. Players don't want 5th year options.............they want to get from under their cheap salary.True but teams rarely end up using that much anymore anyway. They either decline or end up signing a new contract.
I was at a bar watching. As soon as Vikings took Jackson I said to my drinking partner Oh I bet they trade back! And there it was!D Jackson if there. Gotta be. Has to be.
If he is gone, I’m trying like hell to trade down. May not be possible. It takes two to tango.
So if Jackson is gone, probably Conerly. I don’t like him…but won’t cry. Just Tunsil light.

No problem. I could have clarified but knew the DL went at 13.I know who he is. He has the best mirroring technique in this draft. Great footwork. I thought you were talking about the other Bigger DT Grant. My bad.
Mike Green could very well be a Texan tomorrow nightWill Johnson or Mike Green falling out of the 1st is much more shocking to me than Sanders
Good luck with that pick. They're gonna knee'd itSimmons to KC
Nope.Mike Green could very well be a Texan tomorrow night
.
He can play guard as well. He’ll take the entire IOL of the Georgia team would be fine with me.Wouldn’t mind Jared Wilson with 58. One of the few Centers worth a damn in this draft. Just thinking outside the box a bit.
Nope. Sexual assault allegations. Enough said.Mike Green could very well be a Texan tomorrow night
.
I don't think he will be arrogant. I think he will internalize being passed over so long and he will use it for motivation. He’ll definitely be mouthing crap tonight. Another Lavar Ball..
All the other teams wanted it too.All I wanted was oline help
Guess the draft gurus didn't agree
well keep drinking tomorrow and predict good!I was at a bar watching. As soon as Vikings took Jackson I said to my drinking partner Oh I bet they trade back! And there it was!
Well maybe new staff gets it doneAll the other teams wanted it too.
We all did.....just the draft didn't work out that way, I know it sucks manAll I wanted was oline help
Guess the draft gurus didn't agree
no, they may think Oline can be drafted tomorrow. I think what some here believe is you don't seem to have a grasp of players other than what you want. All I wanted was oline help
Guess the draft gurus didn't agree
At least KC didn’t get him.The pick was Golden but the Packers said hold my beer we’re picking the speedster. So Nick didn’t next best thing, traded.
im talking about his FatherI don't think he will be arrogant. I think he will internalize being passed over so long and he will use it for motivation.
But one of the players they were prepared to pick at 25 is still on the board.I can see Nick trading down from 34..
If that's the case, I'd trade a 2nd and a 3rd for a big breasted Roman beer wench right nowYep in 1026 we have a
first
Two seconds
Two thirds
Two fourths
And a six round pick.
I sure hope our new system helps things..no, they may think Oline can be drafted tomorrow. I think what some here believe is you don't seem to have a grasp of players other than what you want.
after I typed that I researched and I'd take Higgins at 34 as Titans will want WR for Ward. Yet.. Trey Harris and Noel and Kyle Williams...But one of the players they were prepared to pick at 25 is still on the board.
Boy, I have no idea. But I'd maybe say Higgins. Any OLman still on the board would be too much of a reach at 25. So yeh, a WR.after I typed that I researched and I'd take Higgins at 34 as Titans will want WR for Ward. Yet.. Trey Harris and Noel and Kyle Williams...
who do you think they had at 25?
jets and Saints come to mind with Pittsburgh maybe driving up bidding. We've said WRs can be had round three. I haven't looked for a post of mine long ago saying give me lots of threes.Don’t be surprised if Houston trades 2.34 to a team wanting Sanders or Shough. 2.33 and 2.34 are always in high demand at the end of day 1 - lead up to day 2.
