Just thought I'd try to isolate the games from the "realistic" mocks.

First-Pick

For my first post, I just traded up 1(22) and 2017 1st Pick for Baltimore pick 1(6) to get Paxton Lynch. I followed that up by trading 2(53) and 2018 1st Pick for Miami 1(8) to get Joey Bosa.

I think these two are worth forgoing 1st round picks for the next two years. What do you think?

I think your addicted to this game and there's already a thread dedicated to it. Anyone know if there's a 12 step program for First-Pick?

Requests were made by several people, myself included, to keep trades realistic so can't blame Marshall for creating an 'unrealistic' thread.

Having a Bosa and Watt would reduce pressure to sign Crick who's contract expires to that of Pagan as a rotation player and currently backs up both Watt and Crick. It also make use of four man front more effective if you want to give Wilfork a breather.

Just because we need to focus on offense, it doesn't follow that we should ignore improvement in the defense when you can. Bosa is the most Watt - Like player in the draft with his kind of motor. I just wouldn't want to pass up on the opportunity to get the defense to the iconic level.

I have played the game. If you'll look back through the several pages of that thread you'll see that I posted some of my mocks. Just wondering why we need more than one thread dedicated to a mock simulator game?

I understand trying to keep trades realistic, I agree, but it can be done on the same thread. No need for a completely new thread about trades on a different thread.

This thread is not for all trades. It's for completely unrealistic multiple trade scenarios resulting in 20 picks.

Having a separate thread isn't hurting anything. This forum is relatively low volume.

To be honest, I remember the conversation about realistic mocks, but didn't remember I had already posted a thread about First-Pick scenarios. Merge them if you wish. But I do like the new title better.
