Dolphins offseason just got worse

Thats just stinks....I feel for the player and the Dolphins. We all know how dissapointing it is when you lose a quality player.
 
Dang that sucks big time for them, but if there is any group of fans that can understand what injuries do to a season it's us. Tough break, particularly after the Ricky debacle. I suspect that if he is out for the year that they will be dragin the bottom of the rankings on the offense.
 
That sucks for them... Chris Chambers should get the ball like crazy this season.

Acually it makes it harder for Chambers to get the ball because without Ricky teams wont worry about the run, so more attention will be placed on the Dolphins passing game by defenses and now teams can double Chambers because they dont have to worry about Boston...

Minor can have a good season, but he wont be Ricky Williams so defenses wont have to bring up an extra guy into the box to stop him and that extra guy can help double Chambers....
 
I agree with Fiddy here. Anytime your offense is one dimensional you're fighting a losing battle against the defense. Boston may not have put up the huge numbers he did when he was in Arizona yet, but just his presence on the field is a threat that defense must account for. Unfortunately, if hes done for the year, defense won't have to account for him when hes on the sidelines. That leaves Donterrius Thompson (I believe or its Thomas) and Oronde Gadsden (sp) as the likely 2 and 3 wide recieverfor the Fins. Hardly a threat deserving a double team. Chambers is a very good wide out, but even he won't be able to get the ball as much when he's double covered no matter if its Fiedler or Feeley throwing him the ball.
 
Mark Berman on Fox 26 just said the Dolphins announced that Boston will need surgery, and that he will probably miss the entire season.

They do have a good defense, but now they have no offense. The Dolphins this year have the same makeup of the Bills last year: Great defense that can stop anyone, but cant move the ball on offense enough to win games....
 
you know every year a team goes through a season of injury-hell...last year it was our turn...this year it's the fins turn...i feel for the fin fans...they really were looking forward to a great season but with everything that's happened this offseason the only thing they can really look forward to is the upcoming draft to see who their new running back will be
